joy9 login reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable personal information.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Request by the player to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Instruction from a regulatory, law enforcement, or financial authority.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the nature and severity of the violation. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to player conduct, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
